Judas Poem by soren Barrett

Judas

Drink my blood as a toast
to a grave in trade
Breath air of a living host
I lay naked in your shade

Washed with spilt blood
now white without stain
Something forgotten in the mud
What's hidden does remain

Carrying Judas' load
savior in villain's clothes
walking perdition's road
crown of thorns and rose

To journey to the depths of hell
trade the coat of my soul to warm a brother
my return ticket to sell
buying angel wings for another
