Judge We Can Not Poem by kimber harrison

Judge We Can Not

Rating: 5.0

Who am I to judge,
anyone this day?
With all the things I lack?
What do I have the right to say?

When I am so imperfect,
how can I say someone else is the same?
I don't know them or their story,
Who am I to blame?

No one can judge!
When they themselves are weak!
We can't say who is deserving,
or coragious or meak!

Would we ask a murderer,
what is wrong or right?
Would we ask a drug-dealer,
if we are smart this night?

So why would we ask a therapist,
or a doctor or anyone else?
Does there actions prove better judgment,
on things we've done or felt?

No one has the power,
to rightly judge with accuracy,
except the Lord Above,
who is perfect in all ways that He can be.

Oh boy this is incredible, this poem really made me think. It's so hard not to judge, but it's one of the worst things we can do. I once read something, in a Chicken Soup book, called 'Like People First' that this reminded me of. Once again, Kimber,10!
