So as I sit here missing you
Thinking of all the fun times we shared
Remembering those special moments we kiss
Maybe if I had put a little more effort to show I cared

So as I sit here day dreaming of your sweet smell
Away from me you pulled and gone
All is left but the memories in twine
Maybe if I had done things right we wouldn’t have torn

So as I sit here listening to your voice on a tape
Looking back at us when we was younger
Like little girl liking little boy
Maybe if I had a second chance our love would have grown stronger
