How did you see the moon
that made your face blue?
I've seen our case's rest
a breath that did not erase.
Like a daisy got it's mess
Beside a fat man's nest.
A smell of rotten egg got arrested.
Could it be a different egg of a bird?
A hawk was mistaken for
a chicken eaten. Or it's our neighbour.
Wondering and unsure, you asked me
not to say anything, but waiting.
Should we refuse a child's
cry and fly? A cub danced
lonely in our fence.
I stared at you with a tie
Your scarf wasn't mine.
It must be too tight.
