In Times Of The Most Extreme..... Poem by Norman Jin Shyr Wang

In Times Of The Most Extreme.....

Rating: 5.0

In times of the most extreme parenting
A boy's finger is stretched
Almost spider-like
Time is like a tire caught a nail
A nail like
His fingers become nails
And trapped in the internet.

In times of the most extreme parenting
Dad's shirt is very thin
Almost sheet-like
Time is too hard to think about
So is the shirt
Also the snow is very white
And they all got sick, like nails.

In times of the most extreme cabbage
Mom's hair is dry
Almost noodle-like
Vegetables were tossed around
So is her hair round and round.
Her clothes were nicely black
And the meals have no meat, like nails.

In times of the most extreme winter
Young girl's boots is scratched
Almost like a latch
Money is too red to talk about
So is the boots
Winds blow and flow high
They walked slow, like snails.

In times of the most extremely emotional and moody
They have each others to keep accompanied
Almost tirelessly
The tire, vegetable and clothes came around
They have nice garage to store
People drop in and buy, like a tale.
