Just Think Poem by Randy McClave

Just Think

Think not only of today
But, think also of tomorrow,
Think of happiness
And not only of sorrow.
Think not of now
But, think also of then,
Think not of a loss
But, instead think of a win.
Think not of tears
But, think of happiness and joy,
Think not of loosing
But, think of a great glory.
Think not of dying
But, instead think of living,
Think not of wanting
But, think of helping and giving.
Think not of fighting
But, instead think first of talking,
Think not of running
But, think sometimes about walking.
Think not of begging
But, instead think of earning,
Think not of ever quitting
But, think of always learning.
Think not of telling lies
But, think only of telling the truth,
Think not of listening to rumors
But, instead think proof.
Think not of stealing or taking
And think not of hurting or using,
Think of doing good deeds
And think good as your choosing.
Think not of revenge or hate
But, instead think of hope and love,
Think not of ever cheating
And think not of lust.
Think not always about yourself
But, think also about others,
Think of our world
And think of all sisters and brothers.
Think not of borrowing
But, think about buying,
Think not of always giving up
Always think first by trying.
Think always from your soul
Then think not by instinct,
Think first and then dream last
But, always think.
