Just when you think it's time to meet
It's time to say goodbye

Just when you can call a truce

Just when you can understand
Just when will you hold my hand?

The castles blowing in the wind
The sand flows grain by grain

Just when will you realise
The shadow that's in pain

The shadow meaning you
The sand meaning me
