Clickety! clickety! clack! clack!
As the keyboard responds to my thumbs
Lub-dub! Lub-dub! I hear my heartbeats sound
The mouse swings to your image as if seeking touch

With each tap the letters sink
With each space the words are seen
The emoji relays the budding feelings
As the content explodes on my screen

I press the backspace in a hurry
And types again in a rush
With a ding! Your message comes
As I sent a heart with good night!
