Kiss Me (Underneath The Mistletoe) Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Kiss Me (Underneath The Mistletoe)

Hearts intertwine
in front the fireplace
Warm sweet embrace
simply so magical
the world slow its pace
everyone's settled
celebrating with glee
everybody's happy
have all they've wished for
tonight...

baby, come kiss me
underneath the mistletoe
Sometime after we see
Sightings of the snow
'Tis the only season
decor is filled with lights
and then you've kissed me
underneath the mistletoe

One gaze into your eyes
A warmth comes over me
This will be a memory
Together in a room filled of lights
Held me so tender
I will remember
My whole world's aglow
Cause of what happened tonight

This isn't the only time
These feelings are conveyed
February's forecast of love
continue through out the year
until the new years come round
We'll get much closer
each time that comes to past
baby...

come kiss me
underneath the mistletoe
Sometime after we see
Sightings of the snow
tis the only season
decor is filled with lights
and then you've kissed me
underneath the mistletoe
