Kitchen Chefs Poem by michael Smajda

Kitchen Chefs

Let's each put on an apron
And, together, cook a meal
So exotic it receives
International appeal.

I'll make my special salad
Of hugs, kisses in a bowl
While you prepare steaks of love
Fried or in a casserole.

I'll, then, uncork a bottle
Of our most expensive wine
And we'll take off our aprons,
Admire each other as we dine.
