Kiyoko Poem by R K Summers

Kiyoko

Frozen in time, the damning divine

The purest child, forsaken and wild

Left to perish, steps of a parish

The haunting bells, her requiem tells

Anguish within, raised an assassin

Chalice of grief, bearing a thorn wreath

Tragedy blooms, a circle of tombs

Eastern starlight, awaiting the night

Wild Kiyoko, innocent as woe.
