Kneel With Me Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Kneel With Me

Rating: 2.3

Kneel with me

The keyboard is a pen
To help me with anger
Of kettle of my heart…

Hear, read the news
Turn pages of a book.

Is Eighteen-Eighty-Five!

We march in Battleford!

I feel hay in the air,
Back and forth travel,
Leap in time, places…

Riots are everywhere
Wisdom sits by nonsense
With grudge and anger…

See murder, loot, riots…

Gun, bullets, uniforms
And the fists in the air
Mosquitoes are in net!

And mingle:

The orders!
And orders!
And orders!

With voices!
And voices!

See a man, down to earth
Humbly kneel with hurt,
Peace and love he offers.

Shameless are Vampires,
They fuel the flames:
"We won it, conquered."
