Language Logic

'According to my Chambers,
'alphabet'
can be said to rhyme with
'bit',
and 'ate' can rhyme with 'bet'.
'Alphabate' is therefore logical;
and so is 'it' for 'ate' and 'et'.'

'So for 'mate' I can say 'met' and 'mit'
and can say,
'Yesterday, I mit a met'? '
