Last Breath Poem by Brittani Martin

Last Breath

Rating: 5.0

she goes to school, a smile on her face
no pain can be seen, gone, left, no trace
she sits alone and has no friends
and don't fit in with all the trends
kids laugh and point, their not aware
this will be the last time they will ever share,
a classroom, a hallway or world with her
she couldn't take to stand life anymore,
she went home and strait to her room
ten minutes later their was a shot then boom,
her parents ran to see what had happened
they found her dead with a letter to them,
it read,
mommy daddy please be strong
life was just way to long,
i couldn't take it anymore
i couldn't take the pain and always being sore,
I'm sorry i didn't know what else to do
i just didn't know who to turn to,
i love you and always will
you didn't lose me my souls still here,
I'll always be here right by you
through every step you take and everything you do,
but i must go now
so now i lay me down to death
here i go with my last breath
