Last Laugh, Last Cough Poem by Hebert Logerie

Last Laugh, Last Cough

Let them laugh all night long
They'll be coughing until blood
Will egress with their tongue
Full of crystal spit and food.

Let them criticize from misty sunset
To golden sunrise. I will be elated
To post their demise on the net
To show how they are conceited.

The last laugh belongs to us
They'll feel the pain of being
Victimized by a system of dust
Payback can be a naughty sibling.

It is nice being humble and gentle
It is not a noble thing to dismantle
Someone unfairly and for fun
We are the same under the sun.
