Last Tequila With Devil Poem by Ashwin Satyal

Last Tequila With Devil

Life didnt turn out the way I thought it would.
Sorrow, frustration and a broken heart; thats what I got.
But if life does have anything to offer me,
This wouldnt be my last tequila shot.
You cant face life like a drink that ends up in two seconds.

The 'Tequila life' of mine offer you two ways,
Live it or count your last days.
So whats it gonna be?
A last tequila shot or an expensive fee?
Expensive fee that includes your soul.

Dont waste your time with something that has no value.
That is what the Devil has to say.
Life or a soul - less clay?
You live, you earn, you love.
But you die.
So why to live a life if death is the conclusion?
Think about it.

Take a pistol and pull the trigger.
Blow your head.
Blow your sorrow.
Make a big hole,
And let your soul follow.
Lets be wise and calm,
Lets act quick without any harm.
Love yourself, praise your death.
Hit some tequila and join your fate.
