Last Thoughts Poem by Michelle Sowinski

Last Thoughts

Rating: 5.0

The light comes closer
And then I see your face
Surrounded by the lace
I hate to see those pearly tears
Dripping off your cheeks
But my time is fading and there is no time to weep
I hope you will remember all the moments we held dear
How much I cherished you adorable smile
Making all of the toil much worthwhile
I know you will eventually move on
I want you to remain cheerful
And let show your face, so beautiful
So everyone can see
How much you meant to me
