Late Autumn Jaunt Poem by james watkin

Late Autumn Jaunt

Walking, smiling house on house by
And its impressive tree.
As much a second look, worthy
As thereunder to lie.

But his sentiments, for what as
Enchanting faces one
Lasting, sumptuous calm, a heart gives
Waits, this road, far behind.
Of whose return, staggered, snow-blind
She'll look for. Then as wan!
