Laughing My Heart Away! Poem by Rimni chakravarty

Laughing My Heart Away!

Once it was quite easy to laugh
Now it has come to almost halt
But then whose fault?
Is it destiny?
That I seek to laugh and find the rolling down of tears from the eyes
I yearned for harmony
But received cacophony to look up the skies
The doctor’s advice laughing is good for heart
It may heal you to remove all the dirt
Away from your mind
Peace is then you find
God! I seek to find the courage to laugh my heart away
Even in deep agony to glitter at the sun's ray
When fall on my tears like the morning dewdrops on the leaves
Green, glossy, glistening, beauty is what reaps
This is life
I wish could fly in this world of strife
Where?
Where the heart takes away
It is the world of dreamy grace and peals of laughter wait.

May you take different steps to find your laughter. Its waiting to be released. We can struggle with different roads but we much keep searching for the right one. Keep smiling
