I watched the dark
I watched the daylight
I watched the happiness
I watched temptation
I watched Love
I watched a newborn baby laugh
I watched anger
I watched a family
And then I fell
From the tree which so tenderly held me
For so many months
And then
The winter was coming
Then I saw the light
Me, a small leaf, left this world in peace.
