Leap Of Faith Poem by June FeirCruz

Leap Of Faith

You came on strong and commanding
Not taking no for an answer
We broke bread, drank some wine, and some easy banter
You attempted to be honest and you tested the waters
It was warm where I was and you know it.

You said 'I turn you on' and you want to kiss my lips
Instead, I caressed your thighs, and you took me to a secret place
And we indulge in a 30 second tryst.

You knew what you were doing, you were in command
You had magic fingers and they did all the talking
Your tongue twirls and swim inside my mouth
Your breath is warm and like a baby's breath.....so fresh.

I couldn't help it, my legs became weak
I wanted to let you in and I took the leap of faith
But alas, you weren't there to catch me falling.
