Sensitive, vulnerable and separate,
Confined in black, yellow or white skin,
One easily identifies with the mind's stories
About "I" and the world around.

This fleeting nature of thoughts and feelings,
Depicts an endless swing between polarities,
A longing for quantum interconnectedness
But One is never divided into parts.

If you go in search of your true nature,
And discover it with an empty heart,
You entered this life as a rising ego,
And left it as a humble Buddha.
