Leaving Poem by No Reason To Care

he once said
he only wanted to make me happy
and I told him
no
he asked
why do you not like me? because if so I will go
I told him
I love you with all my heart
and he asked
then why don't you want to be happy? I can help it all start
and I said
because when you leave the pain will be hard
but if I am happy I will let down my guard
if I'm happy the pain will be too much to indoor
and my family will find my lifeless body on the floor
because when I'm happy everything gets worse
I guess it's just me
my own personal curse
he said
but I will never leave you
you mean too much, I'll make you see
but my only fear
is YOU leaving Me
