Left - Poem by Colleen Root

See the scars
Taste the tears
Rip the wounds
Kill these fears
Thrash this heart
Burn this life
Burn it until its dead
Watch it smoke
Watch it die
A broken heart
No love
Can stop the lies
She cries at night
She cries herself to sleep
In this horror
She once did weep
Now it’s a long time passed
In the end
She died
At last
She’s in peace
None the least
Its your fault shes dead
Its your fault she stopped caring
Hid her feels from sharing
She needed you but you couldn’t see
Couldn’t see what you meant to her
Now shes gone and you don’t care
She lived this long but only for you
She killed herself just to get rid of you
You never loved her
You never fucking cared
You stabbed her in the back
And left her to bleed
You ruined her life
No I’m going to watch you suffer

I like your depressing outlook of life. It makes me feel better for some reason. Maybe because I know there's someone out there that suffers more than I do. If this is written on personal experience im sorry i take joy on it, but also, this is a truly amazing poem. (Report) Reply
