Let Every Faith Walk Its Own Path
(Faith without interference)
Prabir Gayen
Allah created Muslims,
And Allah is worshipped by Muslims.
Therefore, Muslims follow the path revealed through Allah.
Muslims have no right to judge Hindus,
For Hindus are created by the Hindu God, not by Allah.
And Hindus worship the images of their God,
Not the image of Allah;
Therefore, Muslims have no right to interfere.
If Muslims wish to teach the Quran or Islam,
They should teach Muslims—
The good Muslim, the erring Muslim,
And the non-believing Muslim.
They should teach their own community.
Hindus worship their own Divine Reality,
The One Absolute Being manifested in countless names and forms.
They worship the Infinite through Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma,
Through Kali, Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati,
Through avatars, sages, and formless truth.
Christians worship God through Christ.
Jews follow their God and their prophets.
Sikhs follow the teachings of their Gurus.
Jains follow their own spiritual path.
Each community walks according to its own faith.
Muslims should guide Muslims according to the Quran.
Hindus should guide Hindus according to their scriptures.
Christians should guide Christians according to the teachings of Christ.
Jews, Sikhs, Jains, and others should guide their own communities.
No religion has the right to impose itself upon another.
Muslims need not judge Hindus, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Jains, or followers of other faiths.
Likewise, Hindus, Christians, Jews, and others need not judge Muslims.
Let each community reform itself, teach its own people, and preserve its own traditions.
A Hindu worships the Divine in many forms and in the formless.
A Muslim worships Allah.
A Christian prays to God through Christ.
A Jew worships according to Jewish tradition.
Each person seeks the Creator through the path they have received.
No one should insult another's worship.
No one should interfere with another's sincere faith.
Judgment belongs ultimately to God, however each religion understands God.
If people live according to their beliefs with honesty and respect, conflict can diminish.
Let Hindus live according to their faith.
Let Muslims live according to their faith.
Let Christians, Jews, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, and others live according to their faith.
Respect one another's religious rights.
When a Hindu worships Krishna, Shiva, Kali, or Durga, he follows his own tradition.
When a Muslim prays to Allah, he follows his own faith.
When a Christian prays to God through Christ, he follows his own path.
No one should be condemned merely for worshipping differently.
Let every religion guide its own followers.
Let every community correct its own errors through learning, wisdom, and compassion.
If people cease judging one another and begin respecting one another, peaceful coexistence becomes possible.
Enough of hatred.
Enough of intrusion into the faith of others.
Remain devoted to your own religion,
Respect the faith of others,
And allow every soul to walk the path it sincerely believes to be true.
Let all live according to their beliefs,
And let mutual respect prevail.
