Let Her Be Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

Let Her Be

Let her smile, it’s her flair,
Let her dream when she sleeps,
The child she is, she keeps,
Roses tucked on her hair,
To mask tears, as she weeps.

She speaks no alibi
For her soft touch, ready,
With that laugh, light and shy,
For she is a lady.

Don't let her cry again
She is only human,
To bear all that she can,
Both the joy and the pain,
For she is a woman.
