Let It Go And Love Poem by Dr Anthony Onoja

Let It Go And Love

Watching from the window tower
Life is kind to us cos we alive
Death left to hunt others down
Sometimes when we hear the siren
The ambulance return another victim
It's not cos we need life the most
Not even our age difference count
Beauty is vain here
Neither handsomeness nor wealth
Is allow to bet more wage with him
So let it go and see it as a gift
Tomorrow may come petty but pregnant
When it deliveres we may need some
Hell bent over and Heaven's gates calling
So live it as thou your last day
Keep it true for the permit is righteousness
The ticket is Holiness
The Judge is truthfulness
Lay it all on hold and love that neighbor
As thyself for in him lies the god
We never saw in disdain and pride
