Let Me Exult Poem by Varghese J Kuttikat

Let Me Exult

Rating: 5.0

O Sweet Jesus, Love incarnate
I‘m sure Thou would forgive me
All my trespasses, for my unending plea
To reduce me to dust and consign me to oblivion
And my readiness to forego the privileged heaven
Reserved from all eternity for the celebrated Chosen
In fact, I'm not saintly enough to stagger up the Golgotha gruesome
I confess, I'm not worthy of the Eternal Crown glorious
Out of Thy bounty bounteous, bless me, let me exult for a moment

I confess, I'm not worthy of the Eternal Crown glorious Out of Thy bounty bounteous, bless me, let me exult for a moment A beautiful prayer that comes out of a contrite heart which is humble. such prayers are immediately heard, i am sure. We shall be humble and always kill egoistic attitudes. God bless you for publishing such a poem. tony
