you hold on too tight
but I can't break free from this prison
I'm bleeding inside
for your release, don't hold me back
baby I'm struggling to see the light
just let me breathe.

Let me go
I'm always in your shadow
in the dark with no control
overpowered and weak, no mind of my own
I'm drowning in this blackness
save me and love me.

I'll never surrender, I'll just keep on fighting
keep pushing thogh I stumble to the ground
scared and bruised.
All I can do is run and never look back
Oh, this is an adventure that drags me to the end
Just let me die alone.

But don't forget me
always remember who we were once
stay focussed on the present and the gift of life
don't dwell on my memories too long
coz I'll lose you forever in the now and then
Cry for mde and smile for me
Just love me and let me go.

For I will love you through eternity
though my body doesn't breathe
but my soul lives in your heart
with my beating heart I once gave you...
