Let Me Go Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Let Me Go

Silk clouds shine rivers of peace
Moonlight on the fallen vampires
Beauty on moss leather stars
All the hidden life in wanton time
Nothing shall ruin my soul

Just weak human flesh
Strange hearts
Here and there a clear moment
Spite coils like serpents
High notes are hard to hit

Shrunken worlds swelter
Our roads go in circles
Here we are in the broken circle
I told you I forgive you
Let me go
