Let Me Live, Please Poem by Bireswar Halder

Let Me Live, Please

Let me see the light of the earth
I'll hear the murmur of rivers, climb the moon
In your womb, I'm all alone, let this dark fade
Please, don`t kill me before I'm cradled on earth.

Let me play and smile in your heart
I will grow with your love and caress
My divine face will be sunshine on your face
Please, don`t kill me, let me live.

Let me sing songs of the earth,
I will write again history on this earth
I will show hope and light to the millions
Please don`t kill me, let me live.

Let me achieve my goals in life
And make your heart swell with glory
I will add moonlight to your name
Please don`t kill me, let me live.

Let me fly freely and touch the sky
Let people pick light from my noble work
Mother, let the daughter live, warm the womb
Please don`t kill me, let your daughter live.
