Come,
let's kiss, and then forget each other.
Forget all, all that is ours.
Forget that bank of river
where you first whispered in my ears.
Forget that street's corner
where you first kissed me soft and tender.
Forget that moonlit night
when you first sat beside me, and held me tight.

But before you go, kiss me once more.
Kiss me softly, kiss me tenderly.
I want to carry your sweetness
in cracks of my lips, crevices of my tongue,
crease of my memory, crimp of my dream.
Else, I would be empty, I would be agonised.
Don't you know, without your sweetness in my blood
I would be bitter, unbearable?

Why can't I keep you forever?
Why can't I kiss you forever?
See, how naïve I am
I can't cage you in my heart for forever!
I can't dissolve you in my soul for ever!
Why am I so dumb to let you go?
Why can't I just beg you once more?

Do you know how to beg? How to beg with heart and soul?
Teach me, teach me how to beg? How to pray?
Teach me anything
that would keep you in my embrace.

If agony of my heart is not enough for you, then go.
If cry of my soul is not enough for you, then go.
If my impending death is not enough for you, then go.
But before you go, kiss me once more.

Come, let's kiss and then part.
Part to abode of agony,
part to dungeon of despair,
part to shadow of sorrow.
Come.
Let's kiss, and then forget each other.
