Let's Talk About Hats! Poem by Marilyn Lott

There is so much we can say
About the wearing of hats
Depending on your lifestyle
And even the area you live at

Women have the most colorful
Hats it seems like to me
Ribbons and bows and flowers
Exciting they are to see

But men too have certain styles
Quite handsome and very grand
And others like our John
Chose one from another land

And one of my favorite, of course
Is Dr. John in his hat and sweet smile
Oh, If I could only stop once more
At another Koffee Klatch for awhile

But in the meantime I'll enjoy
Seeing special Spanish Cove pictures
And write my little poems for them
Where hats are one of the fixtures!
