Letters In Seasons Poem by Alavi Maliha

Letters In Seasons

Rating: 5.0

I wrote you a letter,
And the summer passed by waiting,
Still the moon shines bright, high hopes
I believe you'll write to me by the ending.
Another letter I sent you, still days go by
I know, I do! The essence of love will reach thy.
By the stormy night my fear creeps within
I let the darkness crave faultlessly,
I know you'll return to me and hold me in.
So, by the the autumn I knew you were walking by me,
Walking through the greenery, flowery and dust.
While nights with wished upon stars finally listen to thee.
You promise me a beautiful summer together,
While I say goodbye to you by winter,
I know the flowers will die, so does the leaves,
I hold the sorrow yet fonder.
Wonder if I'll see the flowers bloom by spring,
And by the end of the night I desire,
You'll appear on my dreams again.
I wonder how long will distance apart us,
How long these letters hide my tears,
Until the end of July, I'll wait for your touch,
I know, I do! I'll feel you by my side, oh dear!
