Liar Poem by tiera parker

Liar

Rating: 5.0

Why must u lie like it’s so cool?
If only your parents knew the real you.
What must be going thru your head?
What makes you say half the things you’ve said?
False things that make no sense,
Being around you makes your own “family” tense.
Knowing you could spit lies out like dragons blow fire,
Being around you is no ones desire.
I used to think you were pretty chill,
Now I see right thru you, and I’ve had my fill.
You might be able to trick your friends,
But how long do you think you could pretend?
You trick your parents like they’re fools,
Tisk, tisk, tisk, your breaking God’s rules.
