Life Creeping Shadows Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Life Creeping Shadows

Rating: 5.0

There are those who spend
many rich years of life waiting?
Waiting for what and why?

Waiting is an affirmation of belief.
What for you is prize worth waiting for?
Great love is wealth worth waiting for.

Yet should ardent would be beloved?
Wait passively forever hidden behind
unseen curtain life creeping shadows?

Or should worthy lover of life step
forward sing dance smile laugh?
Make a mark on shifting life stage?
