Life Goes On, I Move On Poem by Megan Jonson

Life Goes On, I Move On

Life goes on
We move along
And I know you're gone
But it won't be long
Untill you're just a shadow of a memory
You've almost faded now
It isn't evergreen
You had my heart
I was yours from the start
But you've left me now
And I know somehow
All the hurt will leave me, I'll be like I was before
There's almost no pain left, but still you're
Just the same man
You always were
You never progress
Because of her
You'll wander around
And you're well renouned
For ripping us all to bits
But it's not too hard to heal
From a love that's not real
I'll be alright in the end
