Life is a Journey
Life is a journey from
loneliness to aloneness,
From past to present,
From dream to reality.
Life is a journey from
bondage to freedom,
From the shackle of future
to breathing present,
From thought to no-thought.
Life is a journey from time
to timeless beauty,
From pleasure to Joy,
From colourful sky to
Colourless emptiness.
Life is a journey from
head back to heart,
from emotion to
Intellect and from intellect
to vast intelligence.
Life is a journey from
motion to motionless peace,
From action to restful inaction,
Doing self to non-doership.
Life is a journey from sound
to silence, absolute stillness,
From desire to contentment,
From success to self-knowledge,
Life is journey of understanding.
