Life is a long voyage
On uncertain passage
With unbound baggage
That keeps in bondage.
The path, a long maze
To cross in this age
Often with foul rage
To liberate from cage.
It is a rough carriage
Of unknown lineage,
Of unknown marriage
In unknown language.
Each looks here in craze,
In mad rush for mileage
And huge space to graze
To win over what badge?
Every step, here a barrage
Of unavoidable luggage
Carried along this voyage,
Checkmates long passage.
Equanimity saves the life
Equity renders the life rife
With peace; and truly safe,
Instilled ‘neath quiet roof.
Life is not easy to live
Unless the life has love
And will to totally give
And live like in bee-hive.
