Life Is No Vibration That You Can See Poem by Jake Andrews

Life Is No Vibration That You Can See

I heared the lord call my name today
Pretended i couldnt hear cuz i couldnt find the words to say
Like something in a song that makes you cry
I feel something in life that makes me want to die

I hit the dead end of a freeway
And i ran out of gas yesterday
I climbed a top a mountain to find what i could see
Hoping that the vision would rise and set me free

Wandered across a desert to find a new perspective
Drowned myself in sorrow and found that lifes too selective
I tried to fix my soul into a fire
But the smoke got to my head until my mind began to tire

I tried to see what sages could feel
It is as fake to me as it is to them is real
Like trying to listen to a gentle breeze
Your not sure its there till you stop and look at the trees

I looked across the horizon far out into the sea
All that empty space became lost upon me
I looked toward heaven high up in the sky
I was too lost into my self to even wonder why

I walked into a cave to blank the thoughts from my head
My mind made dark a canvas and many new thoughts of dread
I fell down upon the floor as the natural world fell all around me
Its becomes hard to feel when you can barely see
