Life Lessons Poem by Tatianna Rei Moonshadow

Life Lessons

All across the world
Spirits cry
Love induces
Painful times
Anger grows to worry
As scratches grow to blood
Too little love in life
Grows to be too much
Night becomes day
And day becomes night
Safety and security
Turn to fright
On and on
The season wheel turns
Forever and a day
The yule log burns
The Lady sits on her pedestal
The Horned One on his
People ever search this earth
To look upon the abyss
Death is lonesome
Standing so near
He feeds on weakness
And drinks down tears
The young grow old
And die alone
The blade you use
Cuts to the bone
Forever life is coming
And forever life may end
Spend no seasons with a fool
Lest ye be counted as his friend
