We casually walk along the street
Holding each other's hand
Sharing love and laughter
Enjoying a summer day
We people watch as there are
Crowds of people all around
Each with their own worries
Each with their own concerns
But, the only thing that matters
Is that we are together
By each other's side
Feeling the love we share
For each other
I listen to your every word
Your voice is music to me ears
Than I put my arm
Across your shoulder
To have you closer to me
We come upon a small café
We sit at a table in the corner
We gaze into each other's eyes
Knowing this love we share
Is as beautiful as the summer day
We're enjoying
Knowing
No one can take it away
