Life - Wounds Can Be Deep And Hard To Heal Poem by Paul Warren

Life - Wounds Can Be Deep And Hard To Heal

Rating: 5.0

Wounds can be deep and hard to heal
And the scars they leave are the real deal
Do you take it all
When someone makes a call

Or do you strike back with spear and shield
Then again refuse to yield
But after all that's said and done
The scars left can't be undone.

it is not always sticks and stones which leave the deepest scares, words can and often will be a deeper more fatal wound
