Light Behind The Glass Jalousy Panes Poem by RIC BASTASA

Light Behind The Glass Jalousy Panes

the shadows of the fence
mark upon the glass
some kind of curves in iron
casting a design of beauty
in concentric circles
and i look upon it on a kind
of reflection that sometimes
on closed window panes
the world outside seems to
be more beautiful when
seen openly like an undressed
human being.
