Light Dispels Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Light dispels
Monday,14th December 2020

I am in sound sleep
and that keeps me floating in dream ocean
such a wonderful boat to sail on
and avail the feeling of living heaven

oh! there is some disruption
first light falls from the sun
I am awakened hastily
losing the artificial golden dream already,

What brings the dark night to disappear?
it creates sudden fear
light has a real force to enter
dispel darkness and appear with a slight difference

light is a naked truth
it needs no proof
the entire world enjoys the daylight
there is enough room to rejoice and fight

evil thought exits
splendid views take place
there is no mad race
and it has a good reason to bring a smile on the face
