Like A Sister Poem by Liza Sud

I wish that all of my talents
for you.in me would have flourished,
and I want to write you stanzas,
like Byron did for Augusta.

You are like ray, the illustrious,
you are ready to all-forgiveness,
though my poems are unrequited -
there is holy thread between us.

He compared her with a tree,
surviving a wicked thunder,
glance of love and of subtelty,
and his guiding star was - Augasta.

And the earth was not wilderness,
when she happened to be near him.
that's the sisters and women strength.
And you are for me - like this.

расцвели во мне для тебя.
Я хочу писать тебе стансы,
как к Августе у Байрона.

Ты как луч для меня пресветлый,
и готова за все простить,
хоть стихи мои безответны -
но меж нами святая нить.

Он Августу свою сравнивал с деревом,
уцелевшим под злой грозой.
была оком любви и нежности,
путеводной его звездой.

И земля не была пустыней,
когда рядом была она.
в этом женщин- сестер сила.
И такая же ты - для меня.
