Like Barbers Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Like Barbers

Like barbers

Like barbers when jobless
Cutting the colleagues' hair
We too, the filmmakers
Help colleagues and friends
Read scripts, hold grip
Give advice, also learn.

On his short that I help
I was told and informed:
-a lesson for others
-‘West' is not always ‘Best'…

Handicapped in wheelchair
Is half dead, in despair
Left Iran like others
Travelled and landed
Somewhere like
The heaven?

Sharp and good sportsman
Turned victim, criminal
A loser who has lost
Voice and rights!

He now says:
-Young men learn!
