Like Sword Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Like Sword

The word spoils mood
It is really not understood
If that word keeps you near
Then I definitely fear

When you said
“I swear” I was way laid
Got some amusement
With comment

But yes, each individual cares
And dares
With no motive
And remains selective

I think there remains
Some pain
At the happening
If that is not sweetening

Even without that word
Your tongue can act like sword
“Beware gentleman” you can look forward
But be cautious from here onward
