There once was a man on a diet,
Who was hoping to keep it all quiet,
But it came to the crunch
When he guzzled his lunch:
In his stomach there broke out a riot.

I went on a diet on Tuesday and lasted until about Friday I failed by a chip that was salty and crisp and choc ice to lick on, this Sunday
