Perpetua Tebeila

Linda - Poem by Perpetua Tebeila

As i sit pondering on thoughts of you
generous smiles draw themselves across my face
charming me into a blushing angel
overwhelmed to the last of every fibre of my body

As i lay in my lonesome bed
i hear the resounding of your giggles
like a lullaby easing my heart into rest
ushering me into a peaceful sleep
with the assurance of love.

Hi Perpetua. This is really great - seriously wistful. I agree with Tai's comments, but with one additional one - ARE you a guy? Or are you a girl? It's really not important, in a sense, but it does affect the way the images look... (Report) Reply

This is a beautiful tribute to linda and her love. You are a lucky guy and she is a lucky girl to have found such a romantic poet as you. 10 from me. All the best Tai (Report) Reply
